Signs of a Good Time

Photos page is up and running.  What sometimes intrigues me more than the natural drama of the rugged coast…

Whoever modeled for this scene deserves an Oscar.

In order to avoid such calamitous outcomes, sometimes I drive through places like Indiana, where the sign I saw this weekend confirms what we’ve all known for quite some time: in the Midwest, you have a 50% chance of ending up at either a Starbucks or a Steak & Lube:

Honey, do you feel like a caramel mach from Starbucks East or Starbucks West today?

That may seem sad to some of you, but at least this isn’t Europe, where the fascists in charge of Swiss train stations have designated a separate waiting area for one-armed individuals with large suitcases:

So very un-PC.
